Video of Morse Code versus cell phone text messaging.
I'm not sure how fast these guys were transmitting, but I can assure you it's far beyond the 5 WPM required to get a General license. Some people around were I live transmit Morse Code insanely fast (40-60 WPM) while driving. While you may think this is crazy, it's really only half the story. They also receive Morse Code at around the same speed and comprehend it, without jotting it down.

IX - The Return?
Since I have a weakness to peer pressure, I have decided to one again update my blog!
I have spent a considerable amount of time thinking about blogs. The news shows I sometimes watch on CNN and NBC like to say they have some mystical power which other forms of media do not have. I don't believe this one bit. Most blogs (this one included) consist of banal and sub-standard writing, and how much power does telling someone what you had for lunch really have? Not too mention that all blogs seem like rants (again, this one included).
Blogs also seem very formulatic. The normal blog will have a few posts on poltical issues, a few quizzes telling us who the poster is most like, and a few more about their personal life. I hate how my blog seems to fit all these cliches, but what can you do?
So, let's shift gears and talk about something completely different! I was thinking today that we should have more then three genders in writing. Right now we have the masculine, feminine, and neuter. (I'm not a linguist, so correct me if I am wrong.) Like he, she, and it. We don't have something to detonate a thing with both sets of genitals, however. What do you call a hermaphrodite? (Besides she-male.)
Gears, again! I have been listening to "With Teeth," the new Nine Inch Nails album. I kind of love it and hate it at the same time. Kind of like "1984" where they have to hold two separate beliefs in their head at the same time. The songs: "Sunspots" and "Getting Smaller" are probably my favorite as of now, but that will probably change.

VIII
Not much new to say. I've started reading Plato's Republic, which has been very thought provoking, but hard to follow. Soon I will be starting Uncle Tom's Cabin and Lathe of Heaven for a book club I am apart of, I've heard that both are decent/good books.
I've also been trying to work on my electronic skills. I have been trying to learn how to build RF circuits for quite awhile. I don't have any type of class/teacher thing nor persistence, so you can imagine how that is going.

III: Return of the King
I must be the only person in America to not have seen Return of the King yet. I might have watched The Two Towers before Fellowship too, but I forget. I haven't seen Episode 2 yet either.
I've been reading The Vampire Lestat too. I think the main character (Lestat) is gay (as in he likes men), not sure though.

I was just reading some other live journal articles by some wacky liberals and crazy conservatives, so forgive me if I rant.

This is my answer to the whole gay marriage issue. The marriage issue all together. Why should the state make laws for anything involving the church? Why should their be special taxes for those that are married? If a church wants to marry people and hand out marriage certificates, more power to them. It doesn't matter if it's a man/woman, or a man/man, or even a woman/woman, the state should have no part.

First
Looks like I have a live journal account, go figure.
Tomorrow, on my day off, I am going to meet with a person that works in a university psychology department. I've had a project on psychology for some time, but lately it was switched more toward behaviorism.
Someone may ask this question in the future, I will answer it now.
I am not Korean.
I have never been, and will never be Korean. I am not from Japan/China/anywhere in the orient either. I am not even an asian american. Stop asking.
